PocketFlow for iPhone
Support for PocketFlow
If you have any questions, feedback, or bug reports, we'd love to hear from you.
Please contact us at: contact@aquaaxo.com.au
PocketFlow is developed by a solo engineer, and I personally read every message. I typically respond within 2–3 business days, but please allow a bit longer during busy times. If something isn't working, it helps to mention your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the PocketFlow version (Help → About).
Questions and answers
How do I get started?
Open Help and tap Quick start (new users also see it on Home). It walks you through seven steps, one action each, in about two minutes. Or open a template: each one starts flowing the moment it opens.
Tilt doesn’t do anything.
Tilt reads the motion sensor, so it needs a real iPhone; it can’t work on a device without one, such as a simulator. Tap Tilt to turn it on, tip your phone, and tap Tilt again to stop. It works in every scene.
Where are my scenes saved?
On your iPhone, inside the app. Scenes save automatically as you work: Home shows the latest under Continue and the rest under Your scenes. Touch and hold a scene to rename, duplicate or delete it. Nothing is uploaded; deleting the app deletes your scenes.
How do I start fresh?
Go to Help → Settings → Reset PocketFlow. It deletes every scene and resets every setting, and brings back the tips and Quick start. It can’t be undone.
How do I share what I made?
Use the Share button to send a photo or a 10-second clip of your flow. If you save it to Photos, iOS asks your permission first.
Can I use it for engineering design?
PocketFlow solves real water physics live on your iPhone, for free-surface water only. It is made for learning, exploring and quick what-ifs; it is not a certified engineering design tool. Full-scale values use Froude similarity: gravity-driven flow scales, while friction and surface tension don’t.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. There is no account, no ads and no in-app purchases, and PocketFlow works offline. It collects no data; see the Privacy Policy.
